Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller with Computer Operator responsibilities. The primary role involves making outbound calls to potential customers or clients, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in computer operations to manage data entry tasks, maintain records, and support administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients based on provided leads or databases.
  2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.
  5. Follow up on leads or inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
  7. Perform basic computer operator duties such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  10. Handle any other administrative tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a telecaller or customer service representative preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Good knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems or database software is a plus.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer operations or customer service is a plus.
