About the job

Post-[ Business Development Associate ] Inside Sales – Indore (Work From Office) as well as Field Sales

Key responsibilities:

1. Engaging in direct sales activities for eCommerce services
2. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
3. Demonstrating the value and benefits of eCommerce services
4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
5. Assisting new sellers in launching their shop on an eCommerce platform
6. Helping sellers set up their seller accounts and profiles

Package:- 7 LPA ( 3.5L fixed +3.5L variable )

Salary Break/Advancement (each stage)-i) Training – 25 days – 10,000
ii) Probation Period – 15,000 – 17,000 + incentives /M
iii) After 3-4 months – 25,000-30,000 + incentives /M

There is no training period constraints for an experienced candidate.

Note: As you progress to the next stage, each advancement in your salary awaits you upon the successful completion of your goals.
