Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Promotion Specialist. This role will be instrumental in driving our mission to connect companies with top-tier talent, while also promoting skill development initiatives in schools and colleges.


  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with companies to understand their hiring needs and create tailored talent acquisition strategies.
    • Utilize to post job vacancies and actively source candidates through various channels.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both employers and candidates.
    • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals to facilitate ongoing recruitment efforts.
  2. College Engagement:
    • Establish partnerships with colleges and universities to promote our trainee hiring programs.
    • Organize campus recruitment drives, information sessions, and workshops to attract top talent.
    • Liaise with academic departments and student organizations to maximize outreach and engagement.
  3. Job Fair Coordination:
    • Plan and execute job fairs to connect employers with potential candidates.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, marketing materials, and participant registration.
    • Ensure a positive experience for both employers and attendees through effective communication and event management.
  4. Promotion of and Skill Start/CEC:
    • Develop marketing campaigns to promote as a premier platform for job seekers and employers.
    • Conduct outreach activities in schools and colleges to raise awareness of our Skill Start and Competitive Excellence Center initiatives.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content for social media, website, and other promotional materials.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
  • Passion for talent development and promoting skill excellence.
