Job Title: Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a project based Part-Time Event Campaign Coordinator. This role is crucial in assisting with telecalling, customer interaction, field meetings, database collection, MIS reporting, finding prospective admission leads, and ensuring the successful organization of activities over a period of 3 months.


  1. Telecalling:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential participants, sponsors, and partners.
    • Provide information about upcoming activity campaigns.
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through telephonic conversations.
  2. Customer Interaction in a Specific Vicinity:
    • Engage with customers in designated areas to promote events and gather feedback through surveys.
    • Establish positive relationships with local businesses and community members to enhance event participation.
  3. Database Collection:
    • Maintain and update databases with accurate contact information of potential participants and stakeholders.
    • Utilize various sources to expand the database and ensure comprehensive coverage.
    • Partnering with other institutions and creative places from where your can get prospective data and event registrations
  4. MIS Reports:
    • Generate regular reports on telecalling activities, survey responses, and database updates.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings to the management team in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Finding Prospective Leads:
    • Identify potential leads for admissions through telephonic conversations and community interactions.
    • Provide relevant information about educational programs and opportunities to interested candidates.
  6. Event Organization Support:
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and survey campaigns.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant registration.
    • Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for MIS reporting.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or event management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Knowledge of the local community and market dynamics is a plus.

Duration and Hours:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week, depending on project requirements. The duration of employment will be for the duration of the activity campaign, spanning for 3 months.
