Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing continuous delivery pipelines, automating infrastructure and application deployments, and maintaining the reliability and performance of our systems.
Key Objectives:
Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and infrastructure using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Monitor and optimize system performance and availability using tools such as New Relic and Splunk
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Contribute to the design and architecture of our systems to ensure they are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, Ruby)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
