Role Summary
We are seeking passionate and energetic trainers to deliver engaging learning experiences for college students, fresh graduates, and corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent facilitation skills, strong communication, and a learner-centric approach to developing workplace-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Facilitate interactive sessions using activities, role plays, simulations, case studies, and group discussions.
- Adapt training delivery based on learner needs and organizational requirements.
Learner Development
Train participants in:
- Spoken English & Workplace Communication
- Business Communication
- Presentation & Public Speaking
- Interview Skills & Group Discussions
- Personality Development & Professional Grooming
- Business Etiquette & Workplace Ethics
- Teamwork, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence
- Time Management, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Assessment & Coaching
- Conduct learner assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Track participant progress and support employability and placement readiness.
Corporate Training
- Deliver customized training programs aligned with client objectives.
- Facilitate workshops for employees across different functions and levels.
Professional Development
- Stay updated with workplace trends, learning methodologies, and AI-enabled training practices.
- Participate in the organization’s Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and certification programs.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, English, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills, employability, corporate training, teaching, or learning & development.
- Freelancers, Part-time, Project-based, and Full-time Trainers are welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

Training & Certifications
Selected candidates will undergo structured Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and certification programs conducted by the organization to ensure standardized, high-quality delivery across Career & Employability Centers and Corporate Training assignments.
Work Model
Assignments are available on a Part-time, Freelance, Project-based, or Full-time basis and may be delivered at Career & Employability Centers, Corporate Client Locations, or through Virtual Training.
