Job Description: Trainee

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee in the Education Industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and eager to contribute to our client’s success. This is a 3-6 month position focused on Project-Based-Talent-Acquisition (PBTA) within the Admission Counseling Department.

Responsibilities:

• Joint Meetings: Participate in both on- and off-field meetings to understand the client’s needs and goals.
• Social Networking: Build and maintain relationships through social networking platforms to attract potential students.
• Surveys: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to inform admission strategies.
• Campus Activities and Event Participation: Represent our client at campus events and activities to engage with prospective students.
• Tele-Calling: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Database Management: Maintain and update student databases.
• Campus Visits: Coordinate and manage campus visits for prospective students.
• Enquiry Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with counselors and senior team members to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outgoing and extroverted personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Active and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Willingness to take on project-based work.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
