Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be passionate about leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals. This role will involve managing various projects across multiple industries, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Team Development and Coordination: Build and lead high-performing project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
• Field Activities: Oversee and participate in field activities, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Project Handling: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation.
• Work Delegation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Result Orientation: Drive projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project benchmarks and milestones.
• Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Field Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
• Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivating work environment, inspiring team members to achieve their best.
• Self-Initiated Work: Be proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to identify and address challenges.
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Adaptability: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Dual Management Degree (BBA – MBA – Marketing/HR) preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing and human resource principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and extroverted personality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Having relevant experience is preferred.
