Job Profile

The Relationship Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving student admissions by building strong relationships with prospective parents, understanding their expectations, and guiding them through the complete enrolment journey. The role involves lead generation, timely follow-ups, counselling families on school offerings, conducting campus tours, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The candidate must be able to articulate the school’s philosophy, academic framework, and value proposition with clarity and conviction to support informed decision-making.

In addition, the Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with the school’s academic and administrative teams to maintain accurate admissions data, track enrollment metrics, and execute outreach activities such as events, parent meets, and community engagement initiatives. The role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions while maintaining long-term parent satisfaction and trust. A results-driven approach and a strong understanding of the K12 ecosystem will be essential for success.

Job Role

  • Engage directly with parents and educational institutions.
  • Plan and execute social connect campaigns in colonies and campuses.
  • Work independently in the field while managing a territory of 50 km.
  • Hands-on experience in FOS campaigns and field operations.
  • Opportunity to build a network in the education sector and grow your career.
  • Lead and manage a small team of 4-5 Field Executives where required.
  • Both male and female candidates are welcome to interview.
  • Must have zeal for field activities
  • Must have a self two-wheeler for field travel.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Qualification: Graduate in any stream (management qualification preferred)
    • Experience: Up to 2 years experience in Education industry (no bar for deserving candidates).
    • Personality: Extroverted, confident, and excellent communicator (English, Hindi, Regional Language).
    • Skills: Social skills, team management, field campaign planning, organizing meetings, parent counseling.
    • Freshers: can also apply through our PBTA program.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹2 – 3.5 LPA
  • Probation: 3 month
  • TA/DA: Provided for field travel
