Job Title: Business Development Exec./Mgr.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Business Development:
- Arrange and conduct joint meetings with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying new opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Industry Engagement:
- Actively participate in industry associations and events, including organizing presentations, seminars, and webinars.
- Build and maintain relationships within the industry to expand your network and gain market insights.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Handle all necessary documentation related to sales contracts and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Freshers with a zeal to perform in a highly demanding role can also apply
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Specific Industry experience and certifications are an added advantage
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on results and a disciplined approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
