Job Title: Business Development Exec./Mgr.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
    • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
  • Business Development:
    • Arrange and conduct joint meetings with potential clients and partners.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying new opportunities.
    • Handle client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Industry Engagement:
    • Actively participate in industry associations and events, including organizing presentations, seminars, and webinars.
    • Build and maintain relationships within the industry to expand your network and gain market insights.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.
    • Handle all necessary documentation related to sales contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers with a zeal to perform in a highly demanding role can also apply
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Specific Industry experience and certifications are an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on results and a disciplined approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
