Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team in a dual role focusing on Marketing and Human Resources. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both fields, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.



Content Creation:

Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling marketing materials.

Social Media Management:

Contribute to social media planning and execution.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Provide insights to support marketing strategy development.

Sales Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and campaigns.
Contribute to the logistics, telecalling, and promotion of sales activities, campaigns, and events.

Human Resources:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Help maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.

Employee Engagement:

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.
Assist in the development of internal communication materials.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Assist in offboarding activities, including exit interviews and documentation.

HR Administration:

Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and files.
Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and HR functions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
